FAQs

Can you install this on my current site?

Yes. In most cases we install the AI widget and connect lead notifications and follow-up workflows on your existing site. If your site is outdated or not converting well, you can choose a bundle for a new website + system.

Pro uses a request-to-book flow. The AI captures the right details, qualifies the lead, and triggers follow-up messages. When the lead is ready, they submit a booking request and you confirm the final appointment time.

Advanced can include calendar booking and/or CRM/platform integrations depending on your setup (for example, Google Calendar and common service business platforms/CRMs). Integrations require access to the tools and clear booking/routing rules.

Email-first follow-up is standard. SMS can be added for some setups by request, depending on your workflow and compliance needs.
