What's required to start?
After purchase, you’ll receive a short intake form. We need your services, service area, business hours (including after-hours rules), FAQs/policies, and where you want leads delivered (email). For Advanced, we also need integration access (calendar/CRM) and booking rules.
Do you work with existing websites?
Yes. Most clients keep their current website. We install the AI widget and connect lead notifications and follow-up workflows. If you want a new website or a more conversion-focused design, choose a bundle.
Do you offer texting?
Email-first is standard. SMS can be added for some setups by request, depending on your workflow and compliance needs.
What affects timeline?
Timeline depends on how quickly the intake is completed, how soon required assets/access are provided, and whether integrations are needed. Starter and Pro are typically faster; Advanced can take longer due to integration setup and testing.
