About the Founder
Michael Daily built WebBotIQ after more than 20 years in law enforcement, emergency management, and public safety — fields where slow response and missed follow-up have real consequences.
Over his career he has led specialized units, supervised investigations, instructed at the academy level, and worked across law enforcement, emergency management, and interagency operations throughout Maryland and the region. He is a decorated officer and a certified Maryland Police Training Commission General Instructor.
Before starting WebBotIQ, he owned and operated a real estate technology franchise serving agents across Southern Maryland — giving him direct experience in one of the core industries WebBotIQ now serves.
WebBotIQ was built on a principle that carried through every role in law enforcement: response time matters. The faster you respond to a lead, the better the outcome. AI makes that possible at scale — even when you’re on a job, on a call, or off the clock.
